One scoop = 1 Tablespoon
We use:
black cohosh, chamomile and uva ursi for the support to the kidneys
burdock, hawthorn, lobelia, Oregon grape and yarrow for the maintenance of the circulatory system
slippery elm and psyllium as a support to the digestive tract
echinacea and eluthro for their ability to support the immune system
ginger as a support to the sweating process
hops, catnip and mistletoe for maintenance of the nerves.
